Online Consultancy
- Access: Upon successful booking and payment for a consultancy session, you will receive a confirmation email with details on how to access your scheduled session. This may include a direct link to a virtual meeting room or instructions for accessing our consultancy portal.
- Timing: Consultancy sessions are scheduled according to the availability selected during the booking process. We strive to accommodate your preferred timing to the best of our capabilities.
Psychometric Testing
- Access: After payment, you will receive an email with instructions on how to access the psychometric tests. Tests available for immediate access can be started at any time.
- Free Tests: Occasionally, we offer certain tests free of charge for a limited time. Access to these tests is provided immediately upon completing any necessary registration processes, without requiring payment.
Payment
Payments for our services can be made through our secure online platform using a debit/credit card. All transactions are encrypted to ensure your financial data's security and privacy.
Cancellations
- Consultancy Services: If you need to cancel a scheduled consultancy session, please do so at least 24 hours in advance to be eligible for a full refund. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled time may not be eligible for a refund.
- Psychometric Testing: Once a psychometric test has been accessed, cancellations are not possible. However, if you have encountered technical issues that prevent you from completing a test, please contact our support team for assistance.
Refunds
- Eligibility: Refunds are considered on a case-by-case basis. Generally, refunds may be issued for services not accessed or utilized, less any applicable transaction fees.
- Process: To request a refund, please contact our support team with your order details and the reason for the request. Refund requests should be submitted within 7 days of purchase.
